What is the real photo background requirement for renewing Philippine passports?
1 CommentI came to DFA Clark, Pampanga to have my passport renewed with 3 passport size photos with royal blue background last September 13, 2007. My application form was given back to me with the remark "change photo". The info person told me that the required background is white. Then why did the news say that those renewing their passports must bring photos with royal blue background?
no passport pictures are ever to have a color background in no country,
Philippines pictures requirements:
3 copies ,4.5cm by 3.5cm color with white background only,
photos should show applicant with decent attire with collar.
