   Did you talk to your airline about bringing the cat in a carrier with you in the cabin? most airlines do that for a fee. Or , you could use a pet transport company. see list of them below that you may contact and check out.

   well you can first you will have to make a passport for your cat then wait till you get it when you are done you will have to talk to the airline some of them do it for free or some of them you will have to pay hope this works
