If all you care about is price -- And quality, service & support are not important factors -- Then we might not be the right Advisors for you.
Step 2: Custom Curating: We'll discuss the best approaches & options for your travel wishlist. Once ready to move forward, submit your trip planning form & planning fee -- And we begin custom tailoring your trip! We work with our preferred team of global air, land, sea, tour & insurance suppliers to craft your itinerary & provide some amazing experiences. You'll receive a minimum of three options based on our consultation & we'll even tweak the itineraries as needed. We'll present your itinerary as well as details on how to secure your anticipated trip with ease & flexibility! (Fees vary based on the complexity of your trip, see below.)
Step 3: Pack Your Bags: We did all the planning, maintenance and prep. Your job is to pack, show up & explore! You'll have all the support and info handy for a seamless journey! While away, you'll be in the capable hands of our in-country partners & travel concierges, and have access to our team, no matter where you are on the globe!
Step 4: Welcome Back: Once you've settled in, we'll contact you to go over your trip, discuss the highlights, surprises, smiles, and even things that may need attention. Show us your smiles! * Trip Planning requests are done on a first-come, first serve basis. We consider your date of departure, however... If your intended trip date is within 30 days, additional fees may apply.
